Ricoh Aficio rf6500 not sending email

anyone see anything wrong with this setup? i dont understand why it is not sending email... the only that changed was a new hosting company for our email...

ports are correct.... authentication is required for IMAP, POP3 and SMTP

since your administrator acct is gmail, have to assume that you are relaying through gmail has this been configured? has instructions for configuring relay.  If so then sometimes it can fail to authenticate if the logon acct and reply addresses are different,  If your return address is the admin acct make sure it is the authenticating acct also
