How can I change the fonts in my View pane for outlook 2013

I have a client who wishes to be able to view the message portion of the email better.

I cannot find a way to either make the message portion LARGER or BOLDER so my client can read it.

Please see attachment it is the portion of the email that reads:

"Hi Gloria, I need a picture of the emails themselves.  please call me."

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I do not think you can. The fonts and characteristics are what the sender gives you. I do not think you can change it afterward just within the view pane. Never seen that done.

You can blow up Outlook with the Zoom Button and blow up the whole message, but you have to open it. Zoom Button is top right in the Menu in an open email. That will work.

Try the Zoom Control when the email is open. Does that work?

NO

Something is wrong with your Outlook. When I open an Email, Zoom (Icon bar) works just fine. I do not like the result , so I stick at 100 %, but it does work.

Try Repairing Office (Control Panel, Programs and Features, select Office and choose Change/Repair).

Hi Everyone,

It is not the Message you see to the Right
it is part of the message that is in the List to the left
