Icacls Help

Good Afternoon,

I am new to using icacls and i am trying to remove the "Everyone" group from one of our network directories and to replace it with "Domain Users." I would like to keep the other permissions "as is." Is there a way i can do this using icacls or by running a script? I would be doing this on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 and on Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 servers.

Thank you for your help

Thank you, once the "Everyone" group is removed from the directory, would i just put in the command to grant access for "Domain Users" to have the same permissions that the "everyone" group had? Thank you
Yes
Thank you!
