Try this. Add following css to your page

.navbar .navbar-nav {
  display: inline-block;
  float: none;
  vertical-align: top;
}

.navbar .navbar-collapse {
  text-align: center;
}

Hi,
your navabar code need to be fixed
refer to Bootstrap example page:
http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/

Your navbar code is wrong:

 <div class="container">
     <nav class="navbar navbar-inverse navbar-custom navbar-fixed-top role=navigation">
       <div class="navbar-header">

Open in new window

Change it to

<nav class="navbar navbar-inverse navbar-fixed-top role=navigation">
      <div class="container">
        <div class="navbar-header">

Open in new window

I didn't find any related class for navbar-custom so I remove it from the code, if you want to use it make sure you have a css file with this class.
