If I need to create another INSIDE interface and I have no physical interfaces available, Can I create sub-interface? Would there be any issues with doing that?

But the ASA port connected switch interfaces has to be in trunk and it should allow the sub-interface vlan too.

or there is alternate option too,

remove the ip address in physical interface..
create two sub-interfaces from the same physical interface and assign those sub-interfaces into specified vlan's
make the ASA connected switch port into trunk and allow only those two vlans.
thats it.
