Migrate Lync 2010 SE to Lync 2013 EE

I have Lync 2010 SE installed on a Server 2008R2 machine.  I need step by step instructions on how to migrate to Lync 2013 EE running on Server 2012 R2.  My entire Lync infrastructure is installed on the Lync 2010 server.  There's only one box.  There isn't a separate Front End or Edge server.  SQL Lite is installed on the same server as well.  The DB isn't on a separate SQL server.

there's no difference in migrating from Lync2010 STD to Lync2013 EE, follow these: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj205369%28v=ocs.15%29.aspx

In short
1. prepare AD
2. Install Lync2013 (or preferably Skype for Business 2015)
3. upgrade client software
(3.a. Install and/or replace 2010 Edge with 2013 Edge)
4. Change DNS to point to Lync2013
5. Move users
6. decomission Lync2010 + move Central Management Store

No downtime required

Thanks jakob_di but the only thing is, I don't have a 2010 Edge server.  The Front End and Edge servers are on the same box.  Will these instructions still apply?
