How do I get rid of the annoying hand writing input panel in Windows 10?

I have a Wacom Intuos and I use it all the time, but I want to use my keyboard for writing. Therefore it's really annoying to get the hand writing panel all over the screen. Please help me get rid of it.

Go to Settings, Ease of Access, Keyboard and turn off as much as you want. I have a Laptop Computer with Windows 10 and turned all of the features off. Keyboard never pops up.

Thank you. That takes care of the on-screen keyboard but not that &%?#¤!! hand writing panel.

It may be the tablet you are using. I am not seeing this on my computer.

Also go to Control Panel, Ease of Access Center and review the settings. I have my on screen keyboard turned off there as well. Review all the settings and see if they help.

It might be solved by stopping the service labeled "Touch keyboard and handwriting panel service". Afterwards, set its startup type type to manual or disabled. I read that it solves this.
