IIS web application configured for IP range limitation

Hi, I'm working with IIS 7
I've only done IP range limitation for Intranet applications.  Can this work if my users are internal and external?  Basically, I have users form our internal network and users that are not on my internal network, other organization, that needs to access my we application.  Can this still be constrained using IP Address and constraints module in IIS 7 to configure this?

Thank you.

I noticed the module in IIS says it's a "IP address and domain limitation".  So can I add the external users' domain instead of their ip range?  Where do I add this ?  The mask?  Which one will be easier for constraining external access, their external ip address or their domain?  What is an external address from other organization?  Is that a range or will it be a fixed external IP?
Thank you.
