powershell importing pst to public folder Exchange 2013

Anyone have the command to do this. Exchange 2013. Is it the same as

new-mailboximportrequest -mailbox  PF -FilePath \\SERVER01\PSTFiles\Recovered.pst -TargetRootFolder "RecoveredFiles"
