office 365 - Outlook 2013 client email address cache/ auto complete

is there any way from the office 365 admin portal to remove the suggested auto complete or cache of a deleted email from the GAL in the end users outlook software ( web or local on a system)

issue we have is when we delete and email from the GAL  end users still have that address showing up in outlook as an autocomplete/ suggested email  address to use.

Name cache is stored in the mailbox now, and you cannot manage this centrally. Best thing to do is to teach the users how to remove an entry following the instructions in this article:
