Error when running reports and other pages (ASP/MS SQL 2008)

We currently have a web application in classic ASP and MS SQL 2008. The ASP files and the database run fine locally, but when uploaded to a server hosted by our client they consistently get errors on some pages, they all display numbers. The attached example is when they try to run a report, they would usually get the list of results but in this case instead they just get numbers.
This doesn't happen in any particular page, it happens In most reports and other pages as well.

The strange thing is that I installed their DB in our environment and it runs fine. This shows that is not a DB issue.
Then we sent them all our ASP files to make sure we have an exact copy, this did not help either.
Then we checked IIS configuration and it's the same.

I am clueless at this point on what else to check on their environment that could be causing this issue.
Any ideas are welcome !

What should I check ?   It works on other pages just fine and nothing has changed.  2 weeks ago the software was working fine, then this started happening.
Works on other pages... So if I understand correctly... the reports are working properly on other pages on the clients server. Just a few report pages have an error. But all these pages work costly in your environment (what's your environment)?

This suggests processing issues on these specific pages. Are the reports song anything particularly different from the ones which are working? Same report component? Same amount of data? Is there a way in which you can add some logging on the server side.... Write to a text file at different stages of the report processing and inspect that file to see where things night be going wrong? Is there anything in the Event Viewer that might be coming from IIS?
