Setting resolution in iPad Air Camera

I have an iPad Air 1st generation. When I take pictures, the size of the files is around 2 MB and it is way too big to be used in websites.
Is there a way or an app that allows me to set the resolution in iPad camera before taking pictures?

I can resize after taking pictures or resize existing pics.
But I like to be able to set the resolution BEFORE taking pictures so that every picture that I take (after setting resolution) will be the same/similiar size.
i think you can take a picture with the app on another resolution.
