Usually I write script to select from table and insert into another table? Just a question , are you going to use 2 database in different table?

Assuming your source table has id (primary key), field1, and field2, and your destination table has the same:
INSERT INTO destination_table (field1,field2)
  SELECT field1,field2 FROM source_table WHERE id=1
