IPTables UDP rule

I want to drop each source ip's first udp packet is it possible to write a rule as this ?

You want to drop the first UDP packet and let the rest though from a single source?

That is not possible with iptables, and I can not think of any other software that will allow such a rule.

yes but this is what i really need for a perfect spoof check on udp mechanism
i want to drop first packet only
