Is there a way to flush Aptana?
I've established an SFTP connection with Aptana to my WordPress files on my WordPress server, which makes it convenient for making changes to things like my child theme css file. But I have to completely exit Aptana to put the changed data back on the WordPress server. Otherwise it stays cached in the Aptana world and WordPress does't see the changes. Is there a way to force Aptana to flush everything to where it came from, without exiting Aptana?
Thanks.

The Deployment wizard establishes an FTP connection between Aptana and the remote server. I've already done this. My problem is that when I save to the remote server (Ctrl S, for example) the data doesn't go all the way to the WordPress server. I have to exit Aptana to make thathappen. This happens even when I work directly with the Remote version of the file. Saving it doesn't go back to the WordPress server. I have to exit Aptana to flush that far.
