What 7zip Command Line Enables Multithreading?

I can test 7-Zip in the GUI and get it to see all 16 Cores, but I can't see to get the Command Line right. Here is what I'm testing out edited for public viewing:

7z a -t7z  -mx=9 -m9=LZMA2 -mmt=15 "C:\Destination.7z" "C:\Temp\*.*"

I'm specifying LZMA2 since that's needed to enable the multithreading from everything I've read. What's off?

7z.exe" a -m0=lzma2 -r -y XMLBackup.zip *.xml

-mt is what you want.. mt=[off | on | {N}]  and it is on by default. lzma2 splits the source into chunks and each chunk gets a core.

This helped lead me to the exact solution. My problem was that I thought you used either -mmt=10. The format is -mmt6. NO = sign used!

For whoever might discover this in the future here is the exact syntax I used to make 7zip use 14 cores:

7z a -t7z  -mx=9 -m0=LZMA2 -mmt14 "Target.7z" "Source\*.*"

Thanks for helping me find the solution!
