Windows 8 Local account password removal

I need to remove a local windows 8 password from a pc. In the past I have always used ERD Commander to do this. Since microsoft has taken over that software I cannot seem to figure out how to download the MSdart software. Can someone advise me on the easiest route to go to do this?? Thanks.

OK I have booted into UBCD. Im not sure where the offline password reset is located and I can't seem to find it.
Look under "HDD", "Data Recovery". The link below shows you a list of utils on the CD, and under which menu options they are located:

It should work in all modern m$ OS's, except if you are using accounts connected to AD domains, or if you are using the default m$ accounts that those OS's setup.
