I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Certificate is not matching with user's e-mail address. make sure you have certificate which is actually signed for e-mail address of user

Thank you, but Fixed it. In Exchange 2013 OWA has a setting to set the encryption algorithm which was set to AES128 or 6610. I had to change it to 3des or 6603 for it to use the encryption certificate.
