Warning on moved mailboxes in Exchange 2010

Hi,

We are using Exchange 2010 SP3 RU6 in our environment.

I am moving few mailboxes from One Database to another DB on same server or another DB on another server.
Mailbox is completing successfully but I am getting the below warning message once the mailbox is moved. This is coming irrespective of I move mailbox to another DB on same server or another DB on another server. Can someone please let me know why this is happening and if there can be any impact on moved mailbox?

And from which server we should initiate the mailbox movement, from CAS or Mailbox Server?

Warning: Failed to clean up the source mailbox after the move.
Error details: MapiExceptionUnexpectedMailboxState: Unable to delete mailbox. (hr=0x80004005, ec=2634)

Note -  This is happening with few mailboxes not all.

Thanks

Are you skipping corrupt items when you migrate?
I would also consider updating to RU10 (I tend to advise latest release -1) you are missing allot of bug fixes :)
This is not a bug, sometime it happens when source database could not clean up the moved mailbox. but it automatically clean up in online maintenance .

there is no issue with DB or mailbox...

Amit, thanks for the response.

There is one more thing. I am running the below command to get the total mailboxes hosted on one of the DB . Problem is it is still showing the mailboxes which I have already moved to another DBs almost 20 day back. But if I check the same using EMC then I do not see those mailboxes on that DB.
Am I using incorrect command ?

[PS] C:\>Get-MailboxDatabase DB06 | Get-MailboxStatistics | select displayname, totalitemsize | Export-Csv d:\par\Report.csv
Are these disconnected mailboxes?

Run the following to show - Get-MailboxStatistics -Database "MailboxDatabase" | Where { $_.DisconnectDate -ne $null } | select DisplayName, DisconnectDate,TotalItemSize, TotalDeletedItemSize

You can manually remove them or wait until the clean up has ran
Disconnected mailboxes also show under the EMC under disconnected mailboxes
Hi Sturat, yes, these are showing under Disconnected mailboxes as well. How much time would it take for them to auto clean?

I am not skipping corrupt items.

Is there any command which can provide me list of actual mailboxes on any Database?
Because right now what is happening is that if I run the below command it provide me the name of mailboxes which I have already moved ( also showing in Disconnected Mailboxes) as well as which are active on this DBs.

Command I am running is --

[PS] C:\>Get-MailboxDatabase DB06 | Get-MailboxStatistics | select displayname, totalitemsize | Export-Csv d:\par\Report.csv
