weak ssl ciphers

Hi Expert, We have a requirement of detecting weak ciphers on our server that is windows 8.We have a list of weak ciphers with us.Now, the requirement is such that if the server is routing any response to client via a weak cipher, that we have with us already to tally, then we need to redirect the response to a custom page saying " weak cipher..please upgrade".
Need to achieve this using C#. topics :  (iis server, SSL, C#)

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't know if this is possible since this is at the transport layer and not the application layer.
What you can do is enforce the stronger crypto methods by reordering your cipher suites and removing those you don't want

I believe it is completely impossible since you can't send anything to the client until the connection is made.
