Exchange 2010 SP2 migration exchange 2013

I have 2 site exchange 2010 on a DAG. Primary site A has all mailboxes replicated to site B. Site A exchange CAS role got corrupted with SP3 install so rolled back to sp2. Now all clients go to site B for CAS and then mailbox to site B. 100MB connection between site A & B.

I want to fix this issue. People are getting latency issue. I want to move exchange environment to 2013.

Question: Can I migrate exchange 2010 with SP2 (not SP3) directly to exchange 2013 or I should first install a healthy new exchange 2010 SP3 in DAG, move mailboxes and phase out the old one and then install a exchange 2013.
Thanks

Minimum requirement is SP3, please refer this article

Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2013
Supported with the following minimum versions of Exchange:
Exchange 2010 SP3 on all Exchange 2010 servers in the organization, including Edge Transport servers.

When you are installing Exchange 2010 SP3 what error is coming?? did you installed latest SP2's CUs before upgrading on SP3

I'm new to this place, 1st day. Previous efforts were done after server had a blue screen of death. Server was restored but unable to make CAS role work. So i don't know what was the errors and the issues they had. i want to start fresh maybe with new ex2010 in DAG and transfer mailboxes.

you have two options,

1. try installation of Exchange 2010 SP3 but make sure you have latest CUs installed on SP2.

or

2. If you don't want to touch anything better you upgrade AD schema first then install a new server with SP3.

Schema upgrade is necessary in both cases and get your management involved in this because they must know about the situation. so follow proper change
