How do I delete an o365 mailbox from power shell?

I need to delete a users mailbox from o365. But the command I found seems to delete the AD account also "Remove-Mailbox -Identity " .

what syntax do I use to delete just the O365 users mailbox?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to remove the associated EO license:

$options = New-MsolLicenseOptions -AccountSkuId 'tenant:ENTERPRISEPACK' -DisabledPlans "EXCHANGE_S_ENTERPRISE"
Set-MsolUserLicense -UserPrincipalName user@domain.com -LicenseOptions $options

Or delete the user object via Remove-Mailbox. Here's an example article: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn186233(v=exchg.150).aspx
