RDP Not Working Through Remote Web Access SBS2011

One of our clients have not been able to connect to a PC remotely using Remote Web Access.
The IT company who had them before did not setup SBS the way it was meant to setup.

When I try to connect to Test PC thay I setup on their network I get this error on the SBS event log.

An TLS 1.0 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The SSL connection request has failed

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The only thing that worked for the user in the article was re-inserting the Certificate.
And that was a 2003 server.

All the steps they took in the article i did too except the certificate. I will try that.
