Keyboard and Mouse stopped working Windows 7

Hello Experts
One of my workstation's keyboard and mouse stopped this morning. It works in bios but not when windows loads. There is a light in mouse and keyboard, I tested this pair on different workstation and its fine. I tried different pair of K&M with no luck. What can I try now?

Thanks in advance.

Are they are USB connected or PS/2?
Did you put the spare keyboard mouse to the same USB port? Did you try different USB ports?
Try to toggle the "USB legacy support" in BIOS setup.
Can you connect to the workstation via the remote desktop?
If you can, go to the Device manager and try to update driver for USB and/or keyboard devices.

You might try to boot to windows repair (holding the F8 right after the POST, hopefully the keyboard still works on this booting stage)

System Restore fixed the issue. But ya, they are USB. I tried different USB ports.
