shared mailbox issues

Hello Experts,

A user has a Shared mailbox that they have full control over and Send As permissions. When she sends as this account(SS Sporting Team) it fails with the error below.

I have done the troubleshooting from the this link:
I forced a redownload and deletion of OAB.

I also recreated the profile on a user’s computer for one user y nada.

The user complains that all 3 people who have access to this mailbox receive the error they cant send as the shared mailbox.

Our exchange environment, Exchange 2013 multiple CAS behind  f5, a 2 cross site DAG with multiple MBX servers
Does this happen when sending to other email (OUTSIDE your organisation)?
Are the users in Outlook Cached mode?
I'd say, do it again (delete OAB), set Outlook to NON cached mode.
Then if problem only occurs to internal users, have the user TYPE in the email address (do NOT use the autocomplete when typing, even delete it if you have the chance with the X), and send it. (Has to be repeated for every internal user where they have problems with, after one successful send, it's not necessary anymore to type it in fully, you can now use auto complete for that user. Has to be repeated ONCE for every single user).

Are they able to send to the address from their own address, as opposed to the shared mailbox. Normally I see that error when there is a problem at the recipient's end or some sort of external DNS issue.
