How to stop TCP/IPv6 addresses keep populating in the DNS?

When I ping a server it returns IPv6 IP instead of IPv4. I disabled TCP/IPv6 protocol, but it did not resolve a issue.
Found IPv6 in the DNS.
Remove IPv6 from DNS.

Now pings as IPv4. Couple days later same server pings as IPv6 again. I found IPv6 in DNS as well.

To disable IPv6, one may download and run, on each machine, from the following site:

Or you can ping with IPv4 switch

ping <name or ip> -4

go in DNS Manager > right click on your domain name goto properties and uncheck ipv6 address in interfaces tab
