IP Tables Application Accept

Is there any possible way to accept application signature on iptables as :

Accept only teamspeak on 9987
Accept only CS on 27015
Accept only dns on 53

and drop all other requests on 9987 / 27015 / 53

No, it is not possible.  IPtables does not inspect traffic to that degree.

I do not have much experience with it, but I believe rich rules in firewalld would be something to look into:
