I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You don't need to detect this. Just install only SSL certificates with strong ciphers on your server.

If there was no option other than redirecting clients to the custom page. How could we achieve that.

Then the requirement and task ist given to the wrong team. Sorry to say that.

It's about security.

Redirecting means that your server offers a weak SSL certificate. This is the problem, not the client browser. The browser will only chose this when its cipher order tells him to do so, or your server is not offering a stronger one.

So the simple and correct solution is to remove the weak SSL certificates.

And last but not least: I'm not aware of built-in custom functions to do that.
