Unable to retrieve site code from CAS

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to setup a hierarchy with a Primary site for our Domain,  I get an error that says "Setup was unable to retrieve the site code from specified central administration site." Once I click OK, the setup just stays there and the ConfigMgrSetupWizard log has a bunch of the below in it.

ConfigMgrSetupWizard.log

In my case, CAS server belongs to our branch office domain (branchoffice.com) and I am trying to setup primary site in the headoffice.com domain, but we have two way non transitive trust established between the two domain, and I am able to ping CAS server from our domain.
I am using a service account that has domain/schema admin privilege to headoffice.com domain where I am installing primary site and not sure does that service account requires local admin privilege to cas server that belongs to branchoffice.com domain. Please advise.

Account has to have local administrator's rights on CAS, CAS/SQL, on your domain SQL. Primary site server computer account has to have local administrator's rights also on all these servers.

Your logs shows you can not access registry remotely.
