Forward from remote account through gmail to another remote account

I've got three acccounts:

me@gmail.com
me@mydomain.com
me@pacbell.net (AT&T/Yahoo)

I can forward from me@gmail.com to me@pacbell.net
I can forward from me@mydomain.com to me@gmail.com

However, when an email arrives from me@mydomain.com, it does not forward to me@pacbell.net.

Any input on why this might be so, and how I can get it to forward through to me@pacbell.net, would be appreciated.

Thanks!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I suspect that forwarding only works for the first step.
The easiest solution in my opinion would be to add a second forwarding address to forward email from me@mydomain.com to me@pacbell.net directly. It's possible to add multiple forwarding addresses, so if you want all incoming email at me@domain.com to go to both the other addresses, just configure it directly under your domain.com account.
