Intel X520 pps problem

After 1M pps cent os starting kernel debug errors and locking the connection
we are using 2x 10G interface for bridge traffic and routing the traffic to the other interface
how should we over come this issue

We already met with same problem.
It is as easy as a pie - if packet is dropped because of conntrack full you need to increase size of conntrack.
It has been like that since iptable inception and has not changed in last month.

Can you run mcelogd and check management processor logs in meantime? Usually NMI indicates hardware faults (as minimum thermal warning causing CPU throttle)

Get numa info, no way we can proceed anywhere without it.

Can you disable hyperthreading for a day to see if it improves realtime behaviour of the system?

Diagnose the hardware and set it up for realtime loads. Maybe i dont have PPS you have, but conntrack with half-million entries can work and very well.

It is getting huger on conntrackts and it is not able to write to conntrackt table as this fast
now our system putting 2 line to iptables
1. prerouting -detected block inquiries   -j notrack
2. forward -detected block inquiries   -j  drop

that resolved the issue we have tested with 10M + spoofed pps and with no problem
