Folders and files

I have a folder that use to have a few files on it. As I need to empty it i noticed that there is no files on it but still saying that it CONTAINS 1 FILE, 0 FOLDERS but there is nothing inside. Now i am not sure if there is any file inside really.

Those files is located in our Server Windows 2008 R2

Can you explain me why? (see screenshot attached).
