What is the command to migrate the public folders from one dbs to another in exchange 2013

I am trying to migrate the public folders in exch 2013 from 1 dbs to another but each time I keep getting an error saying it cant find the name of the public folders on the dc...
This is what I am typing:
New-MoveRequest -Identity "Class 1 tardy" -TargetDatabase "Mailbox Database 2"
Any thoughts why it fails oram I typing something wrong? possibly with the quotes?
