Windows 2012 R2 -- Hard Drive USAGE tracking ?

What Hard Drive Storage USAGE tracking software
do you recommend so I can find out which USER
keeps adding more to my file server's
shared E drive ?

http://windirstat.info shows some info,
but I would like something like the below

Everytime a file gets saved in the E:\Users
directory that is NEW or has grown over 100MB
since the original size, display a report like below

Date, LoginUser, Location, Growth
  ** 9/24/15 @  9:20am, JohnDoe, E:\Users\JohnDoe\abc.doc, 150MB
  ** 9/25/15 @ 10:20am, BobSmith, E:\Users\BobSmith\123.xls, 450MB
  ** etc
==================================================
Example
  ** 9/20/15 = 200GB free of 500GB total
  ** 9/30/15 = 150GB free of 500GB total
==================================================
Below seems fine
      ** log files
      ** antivirus software
      ** Windows Updates & System Restore are disabled
      ** nothing new has been installed for 2+ years
      ** recycling bin is empty
      ** etc

Does https://redmondmag.com/articles/2014/10/08/file-server-resource-manager.aspx somehow allow me to get a report so I can see who is using the most RESOURES and who is doing NO adds / edits ?

Can I also setup something like "anytime a user add over 1GB new files per day" I get an automatic email/etc so I can try to find out what they are doing ?

Date, LoginUser, Location, Growth
   ** 9/24/15 @  9:20am, JohnDoe, E:\Users\JohnDoe\abc.doc, 150MB
   ** 9/25/15 @ 10:20am, BobSmith, E:\Users\BobSmith\123.xls, 450MB
   ** etc
Yes you can create file screens and setup email alerts with FSRM.

I read https://redmondmag.com/articles/2014/09/25/file-server-resource-manager.aspx, but do not see a way to run the below report.

Any ideas ?

Date, LoginUser, Location, Growth since last save if over 100MB
   ** 9/24/15 @  9:20am, JohnDoe, E:\Users\JohnDoe\abc.doc, 150MB
   ** 9/25/15 @ 10:20am, BobSmith, E:\Users\BobSmith\123.xls, 450MB
   ** etc
