Calendar sync issues

I have two users that are having calendar issues.  Both are on windows 7 pro. Both are laptops.  Both are using outlook 2013, with exchange 2013 with CU7.

I have attached the 3 different types of error messages that are happening.   They are having calendar sync issues and I can't figure out why, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
They are on a windows domain, and so far, no one else has reported any issues.

I do not have Norton, I am using webroot AV.   So far I have not had anyone else mention that they have any issues.
As soon as office 2016 is available for me to download, I will give that a try.

Thanks guys for your input, a novel idea, but I had the user delete the different meetings that had problems with syncing, and recreate the meetings, since then, she said she has not had any issues, so maybe they had some corruption?  Oh well, it's working now.
