Migrate Active Directory Certificate Services

I'm in the middle of an AD upgrade from 2008R2 to 2012.  One of my 2008R2 servers has the AD certificate Services role installed.  I need to migrate this my our new 2012 AD server.  Does anyone have any recommended links to complete this task?  What are things to look out for in completing this task?

I'll take a look.  My upgrade is from 2008R2 to 2012, but it's also an equipment upgrade, so the same name isn't possible.

Actually, mine was an equipment upgrade also (2003 32 bit to 2008R2 64 bit) The same name is possible as long as you are decommissioning the old server. You just have to perform the migration in 2 steps.

Not really sure what's going on.  I completed the backup on my 2008 R2 domain controller.  I copied the files to my new server which already had the role installed.  When I get to the part when I select my restore items (Private Key & CA certificate as well as Certificate database and certificate database log), I browse to my backup location, click next, but I'm getting an error.  Below is an image of the error and the files that are in the directory i'm trying to restore.  Is something missing?  Database DirectoryAny help is appreciated!!
