PDF attachments in Outlook 2010 are exchanging their document names

When my client sends an email in Outlook 2010 that contains 2 PDF file attachments the attachment's names exchange places. When I go into the sent items folder and open the attachments they are switched there as well. Do you have any Idea what may be causing Outlook to do this and what the resolution may be?
The client has Win7 64bit Professional. And Outlook 2010 32bit which has all the latest updates to date. We use a hosted Exchange which is on the 2013 platform.

I have currently rebuilt the Outlook profile as well as the Acrobat installation.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you tried repairing Oulook?
If you try another computer using the same credentials, does it still happen?
Have you tried the same computer ,different credentials?
How about trying it with OWA?
It looks like something to do with Secure temp folder

secure temp folder path for Exchange 2013 is as below: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Security

Goto the above location for outlook 2010 and delete all, close outlook, open it and try again.

As we are tweaking the registry, please make sure you have a backup of the registry key, so that you can revert back if anything goes wrong.  I have not done this, but I have heard people do this.

Removed MS Office and and Acrobat with revo uninstaller (advanced mode). Then reinstalled and updated both products. This seems to have done the trick.

I accepted my own solution because they are the steps I performed to resolve the issue. Revo uninstall advanced mode searches the registry for leftover entries and allows you to remove them. The Outlook Secure Temp folder was one of those keys.
