Email Send Failed

While sending email, the mail server is giving me this error:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 IP name lookup failed. No PTR record found.

Is there any setting in whm or cpanel which can be changed to solve this problem.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you're the one sending the email you need to add a PTR record for your mail server.  A PTR is like a reverse of an SPF and maps an IP back to a FQDN.  Gather the outbound WAN IP of your email server and the FQDN (ie mail.domain.com) and open a ticket with your ISP to create the record.  You can't create it in your DNS zone file because it's tied to the WAN IP owned by the ISP, not the domain you own.
