Network Pc log off straight after entering credentials

One of our Network Pc logs off straight after entering logon credentials. It only logs in with administrators credentials and on other domain user and with any other users it logs off straight after the welcome screen. Could someone advise where could be the issue?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

reboot it press f8 after vendor's startup screen
select safemode with networking
use local admin credentials to login
clear all event logs in event viewer
reboot again then try to login with any valid credentials, it logoff again as expected
reboot again and start with safemode
enter local admin credentials
go into event viewer and search the relevant issue

@Malmensa and Muhammad
The is resolved now. Thank you for help.
The event logs shows "The Windows logon process has failed to spawn a user application".
The Pc was not going to safe mode regardless of several attempts. I jus ran anti-malware which removed lot of malware and restarted the PC. This time it let me log on with other credentials.
Thank you
