Crystal is running out of page size to fit the text in (even though you are not printing, Crystal renders the report as if you are).

Increase the Characters per Inch and/or the page size and/or page orientation. You may also installing a Printer (just select a driver even if you don't have the actual printer) that supports a larger page size. Here is a good choice: HP 3500 CP
In later versions of Crystal, you can Dissociate the page size from the Printer page size using File, Page Setup.

Here is some discussion and another option: http://kenhamady.com/cru/archives/1240

Agree that is probably the issue.

If that doesn't resolve the issue let us know.

You are using 2 different versions of Crystal.  CR 10.2 is the .Net version and it may have some limitations.

i am generating report on CR 10 that uses 10.0.0.533 dll and put on portal that uses 10.0.9500.0 dll,
then what is exactly difference between these two dll's and how i resolve this issue

The difference is probably not the dll but the default printer, default page size, and/or print driver on the 2 machines.
