You can map it in your local IIS and open the website from IIS.  You can then save the solution.

The user was asking how to create a website in iis.  For that I would refer to the following video:

Add an application under the default website, choose your application pool and physical directory.

You can skip the publishing side as you have the files in the directory on your local machine already.
