Is this an Equalogic SAN? If so you can navigate to it using http://group_IP_Address

Obviously you need to either be on the same subnet or be able to route to the IP

My question is how can I integrate my host Hyper-V 2012 R2 so that is can detect the available volume in this SAN?

What is the process?

I was able to connect but I will put another question on how to configure the Hyper V 2012 R2 to use the SAN storage.
