Hi there, we think we had a virus on the server drives but it now scans clean. We have noticed that a lot of sub folders are showing as hidden but are greyed out to un hide. I have run unhide.vbs and unhide from Bleeping Computer but still no luck. Any ideas?

Server 2012 Sub folders hidden and greyed out
