Outlook 2010 - sending saved email as an attachment

I have an email that I've saved to my desktop.. I gave it a name of my choice. When I try to attached the saved email as an attachment it shows the subject line of the saved email as the name of the file.. why is this happening? I want it to keep the name that I gave.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can edit the Subject line in your saved message . (It isn';t obvious in the user interface that you can do this, but you can.)  When you then reattach the message to another email, it will use the new Subject that you created.
