Double Variables in Microsoft Excel

I am running Excel 2013 on a Windows 7 computer.  I am trying to figure out how to do a double variable in Excel.  For example, I would like to get the result of two different situations, such as IF(C6=C8 AND C15=C20,1,0).  Is there a way to have two conditions required to yield a single solution?

Thanks,

Phil

Use the AND function.
=IF(AND(C6=C8,C15=C20),1,0)

Like this, in A3?
=IF(A1=1, (IF(B1=2, A1+B1, "False")), "False")
