"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This issue usually happens during re-installation of Exchange Server if you select a different path/location to install.  What I recommend you to do is the following as in your case it seems like wrong architecture file has been installed:

1.  Locate on the computer where you have the file KERBAUTH.DLL (usually it is in folder structure such as x:\progra files\Microsft\Exchange Server\Vxx\Bin\
2.  Edit file applicationhost.config located under c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config
3.  Find the entry for kerbauth.dll and change it to the path where KERBAUTH.DLL is located
 (i.e.  <add name="kerbauth" image="X:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin\kerbauth.dll" />)
4.  Reboot the server (if you have Kerbauth.dll in multiple locations, you may have to try it multiple times with different path names)

For reference, refer to link below which I have used in the past to fix this for a client:

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/gaurav/archive/2013/10/23/the-module-dll-c-program-files-microsoft-exchange-server-v14-bin-kerbauth-dll-failed-to-load-the-data-is-the-error.aspx

If you have latest service pack installed and you have the service pack files, copy the files from the service pack to the location also.
