Crystal Reports Formula
I can't figure out how to create the formula to show the instructor's name on my report. I have a field that lists the instructors name as his employee number {view_PT_Training_Instruct or.Instruc tor} then on a different table I want to pull the first and last name.
My formual Instructor Name is.... {view_PT_Training_Instruct or.Instruc tor} & "-" & {view_PT_Employee.First_Na me} & " " & {view_PT_Employee.Last_Nam e}
The name associated with employee # 1276 is SUE TAYLOR and I would like my report to display 1276-Sue Taylor but instead it is displaying 1276-The first person listed on the report in this case James Goldstein.
I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Move the formula from the Report Header to the Detail section.
