Not sure what happened when we installed the new firmware to a TZ210 &nbsp; (end of life soon,) &nbsp;and I have never had to access the router directly.<br />
Can someone give me very easy steps to follow so I can plug my laptop into the device to see why I can no longer ping or communicate with it.<br />
This is a very small secondary network. &nbsp; 3 devices for creating VPN tunnels to branches. &nbsp; Updated firmware on branches first and then this one. &nbsp; Now we can't use web interface or can't ping it. &nbsp; &nbsp;So I am trying to plug in my laptop.<br />

Ethernet port on laptop and then connect WHERE?<br />

The router has WAN and LAN interface cables &nbsp;with a DSL modem attached. &nbsp; I tried the LAN port and nothing. &nbsp; Won't open web page to log in<br />
