Why is Exchange Server connecting to FTP server?

I have recently installed a new FTP server on my local network for the purpose of providing wnos.ini file to Wyse Terminals.

In checking to make sure that all devices are now connecting to the new FTP server, I've noticed that both the SBS 2008 box and Exchange 2013 box make an FTP connection to this new FTP server on a daily basis.  It seems to be at approx. 16:32 each day that the Exchange 2013 box is doing this.

The common theme seems to be servers with Exchange installed - anybody have any ideas as to why?

Many Thanks
Mark

Is that box hosting other services that the exchange server may be using? WSUS etc? You should be able to view FTP logs to see what ftp commands it's sending? if any?
Exchange doesn't use FTP but perhaps there is a service that is causing this?
Are there any scheduled tasks or scripts running that may be making these connections?
