Browsing network problems

I have a windows 10 laptop that is part of a domain that can only see 3 pc's out of about 78 when I click on network. I use to be able to see all pc's. Also if I try to connect to a server or PC thru UNC path I get " Windows can not access path" check spelling

Open Network and Sharing Center
Select Change Advanced Sharing settings
 Turn on network discovery

That should allow your PC to see other computers and devices on its local network.
